I’ve been with MH State Farm for years and honestly have no real complaints. They’ve always been cool.

That said, after calling for three days straight, getting the runaround from multiple people at this office and the tag office, and being told repeatedly on both ends that I messed up and there was basically nothing that could be done, Barron solved my problem in about 30 seconds with one simple suggestion and an email. I was so frustrated that I wasn't thinking clearly so I never even looked at the paper for another number to call.

After three days of frustration, that was literally all it took.
