"Agent Brandon Mena is a great agent to work with! I started working with him when I was about to cancel my car insurance with State Farm due to repeated technical issues on their end. Brandon listened to my concerns, apologized (although it was not his fault), and was able to help get the issues resolved. Brandon is a great listener , gently offers other policy options while taking into consideration of my policy needs, and is very knowledgeable about the various products State Farm has to offer . Mr. Mena is the only reason I stayed with State Farm and I now have 2 car polices and 1 homeowner policy with them."
